One-of-a-kind needle felt hanging sculpture of an ethereal bird-woman spirit, finished with a transparent Swarovski crystal tiara.

She exists somewhere between a bird-soul, a siren, and a ghostly folk presence – delicate, suspended, and only half revealed. The figure is handmade in needle-felted wool with a softly modeled air-dry clay face, cast from a handmade mold based on an antique porcelain figurine. A small transparent Swarovski crystal tiara crowns her head like a faint glimmer from another realm. The sculpture is finished with a wire hook for hanging.

The long woolen strands move gently in the air, giving the piece a quiet drifting presence. Inspired by unseen worlds, old folklore, and mythic women of omen and song, this work touches the atmosphere of Sirin, Alkonost, and ancient sirens, while remaining an original contemporary piece.
