Shipping

The artwork is shipped from Poland, securely and careful packaging.

• Dispatch within 5–7 business days
• Track-and-trace shipping
• Tracking information provided after dispatch
• Orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid, so no additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.
• For other destinations outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

You may return the artwork within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me before sending it back.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging so that I can arrange a suitable solution.
